Registered Nurse – Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry Unit

Role: The Clinical Team Coordinator RN supervises nursing care on their assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. They provide direct patient care, mentor staff, and assist with staff orientation, performance appraisals, scheduling, and resource management. They communicate effectively with team members, patients, and visitors, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role supports professional growth, evidence-based practices, and a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles. They address patient and family concerns, manage incidents, and facilitate teamwork to optimize patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Coordinate nursing activities, support quality improvements, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate communication across departments. Assist in policy formulation, resource allocation, and incident follow-up. Promote a collaborative, safe, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Enrollment in or completion of a Nursing Bachelor’s or Specialty Training Program. Preferred experience in cardiac care and leadership. Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a clinical environment and handle administrative duties effectively.
