Role Overview: The Clinical Team Coordinator RN supervises nursing care delivery, promotes quality improvement, and supports high standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Providing direct patient care, supervising staff, coordinating unit activities, conducting performance appraisals, managing staffing and supplies, addressing performance issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Facilitates communication among team members, mentors staff, and promotes evidence-based practices. Assists in policy development, handles patient and family concerns, and supports a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles.
Qualifications & Skills: Enrollment in a Bachelor’s in Nursing or graduation from a specialty nursing program required; Bachelor’s preferred. Experience in cardiac care and leadership is preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills are essential.
