Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiac Telemetry Medsurg, providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practices to ensure individualized and safe patient care.
- Deliver relationship-based care tailored to diverse patient populations, fostering effective partnerships with patients and families.
- Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Support performance improvement activities, participate in shared governance, and lead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor, contribute to professional development, and uphold nursing standards per state and national regulations.
- Participate in research, evidence-based practice, and data collection to inform clinical decision-making and improve care quality.
- Assist in developing protocols, optimize resource utilization, and support system-wide safety and quality goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
- Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and applicable instructor certifications.
