Key duties:
- Deliver bedside nursing care for post-operative patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Use evidence-based practices to reduce risk and support clinical outcomes
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members
- Maintain standards of clinical competency and patient-centered care
