Registered Nurse – Acute Cardiac Telemetry Unit

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and patient education, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. The RN is responsible for evaluating intervention effectiveness, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
  • Coordinate and deliver direct patient care, including medications and diagnostic procedures.
  • Develop, revise, and communicate care plans, ensuring smooth discharge and family involvement.
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other professionals to meet patient needs proactively.
  • Participate in unit decision-making, evidence-based practices, and quality improvement activities.
  • Engage in patient safety, education programs, and team goals to optimize care quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
