Under supervision, provides a wide range of professional nursing duties for patients in clinical settings.
Education requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (N/A) or an accredited nursing program, with preference for a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree leading to RN licensure.
Minimum experience of over 2 years in nursing, with preferred experience in nursing practice.
Certifications and licensures required or preferred include RN licensure with authorization to practice in Texas, Basic Life Support (BLS), and possibly additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and specialty area certifications recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing.
