Registered Nurse (Hospital)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a hospital setting. You will assess patients, administer medications, coordinate and deliver treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal clinical outcomes.
Key Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition changes
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Document nursing care accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Promote patient safety and uphold quality and compliance standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and medication administration skills
- Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
- Commitment to patient education, safety, and high-quality care
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and care coordination
