Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehab Unit
Provide compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and therapeutic treatments, and develop individualized care plans focused on mobility, independence, and long-term recovery.
Key Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient progress and safety.
- Administer medications and deliver prescribed rehabilitation treatments.
- Create and update individualized care plans to support recovery goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain patient dignity, respect, and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure required.
- Experience or strong interest in rehabilitation nursing and patient recovery support.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to compassionate care and continuous learning.
