Graduate Nurse
Provide direct patient care under RN preceptor guidance in a mission-driven academic medical setting. Perform patient assessments, administer medications, support clinical procedures, and document care accurately and completely.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support high-quality, safe care. Engage in structured orientation and residency-style education to build clinical judgment and readiness for independent practice.
