Staff RN (Healthcare & Medical Services)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate outcomes while maintaining safety and quality standards. Support patients and families throughout the course of treatment, communicating effectively and coordinating care within the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and document patient status
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
- Deliver safe, high-quality care in accordance with policies and standards
- Collaborate with providers, therapists, and other team members to support care goals
- Provide guidance and support to patients and families
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize patient needs
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
