Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, implement and update individualized care plans, and ensure safety, comfort, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident condition
- Administer medications and complete prescribed treatments
- Manage and document care plans and resident progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Educate residents and families on care and health needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to manage care plans and communicate effectively
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach and commitment to safety
