Registered Nurse
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
Key Duties
- Assess patients’ health status and needs; develop and update nursing care plans.
- Deliver direct nursing care and manage medications and treatments per clinical standards.
- Evaluate patient responses and modify care as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families, advocate for patient needs, and support informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold evidence-based, high-quality care practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and care-planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education.
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
