Registered Nurse I
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care on inpatient units.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of complex patients.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, health management, and recovery.
- Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Maintain quality and patient safety standards, including infection prevention practices.
- Apply professional nursing judgment while continually developing clinical skills in a teaching and tertiary care environment.
Qualifications/Skills
- Active Registered Nurse licensure.
