Med Surg Registered Nurse
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care on medical-surgical units for adult patients with acute and chronic conditions. You will assess patients, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, and administer medications safely and accurately.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective treatment and discharge planning, and deliver patient and family education to promote understanding and continuity of care.
