Seeking a dedicated RN Ortho Neuro Trauma to provide specialized nursing care for patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and trauma-related injuries. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, supporting recovery, and maintaining a comfortable, supportive environment for patients and families.
Key Duties
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to ortho, neuro, and trauma patients
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in a timely manner
- Support recovery through patient education and coordinated care
- Maintain comfort and assist with activities of daily living as appropriate
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care
- Provide clear communication and emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN licensure
- Experience or strong interest in orthopedics and/or neurology and trauma care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate bedside manner and effective communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced acute care setting
