In this role, you will
- Supervise patient care and treatments, lead assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Support and advise fellow staff on complex patient needs.
- Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Qualifications include:
- Valid RN licensure according to state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is a plus.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
