Registered Nurse (Healthcare & Medical Services)
Provide resident-centered nursing care by performing patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications with accuracy and safety. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes.
Key duties:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Create, implement, and update care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and deliver appropriate nursing interventions
- Educate patients and families and support informed decision-making
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and clinical standards
- Participate in quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
