Travel Ortho RN provides skilled nursing care for patients with orthopedic conditions who require surgical interventions.
Key Duties
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical orthopedic patients.
- Deliver perioperative nursing support and monitor patient status during care episodes.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetic staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve outcomes.
- Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and safe discharge.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- Orthopedic and perioperative nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-based care environments.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
