Seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible candidate to join a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities include conducting nutritional assessments, collaborating with medical staff to develop care plans, addressing individual dietary needs such as skin health and weight management, overseeing nutritional supply procurement, ensuring meal services meet residents’ requirements, providing nutrition education to residents, families, and staff, updating diet orders and menus daily using menu management software, and conducting regular audits in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements include a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, supervisory experience in healthcare, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and familiarity with regulations and EMR software.
