Regional Float ED RN (Nights) – CSO → “Float ED RN (Nights)”

Join a system-wide Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) and provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Floating across 12 hospitals within the healthcare system, exclusively practicing in the Emergency Department (ED).
  • Assessing, diagnosing, planning, and implementing patient care using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
  • Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Utilizing strong clinical judgment and adaptable skills to care for diverse patient conditions.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Minimum of 2+ years ED RN experience; trauma and float experience preferred.
  • Current RN license in Missouri, ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
  • Strong adaptability, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
  • Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel between facilities and participate in initial full-time training.
