Join a Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) and provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals.
Support 11 hospitals in Missouri and Illinois (excluding Children’s Hospital) by floating within Emergency Departments. This role involves practicing exclusively in ED settings, working three 12-hour night shifts with flexible start times, including rotating weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, using evidence-based practices, and advocating for patients and families.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of ED RN experience (trauma and float experience preferred), hold an active RN license in Missouri and ability to obtain Illinois licensure, and demonstrate adaptability in varied clinical environments. Certifications such as TNCC and a BSN are preferred. The role includes structured onboarding, system support, and opportunities for professional growth through career ladder programs.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or higher, BLS certification, and a strong confidence in nursing practice.
