Role Overview:
This position is for a Full-Time Advanced Modality – Cath Lab/Vascular Radiology Technologist (Imaging) responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including Cardiac Catheterizations, Pacemakers, and Vascular and EP procedures. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently and in on-call situations, and assists with prep and recovery as needed. Qualifications: requires an Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency, certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)), and potentially experience in radiology or related fields such as MR, CT, X-ray, or cardiovascular imaging. Preferred experience includes 2+ years and certifications like CPR and IV Therapy. Skills in scrubbing procedures, patient prep, and knowledge of advanced imaging modalities are essential.
