Radiology Technologist Role
Summary of Responsibilities
As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform complex diagnostic exams, coordinate specialized equipment, calculate technical factors, utilize radiation safety devices, maintain equipment, and process films. You will ensure high-quality imaging within appropriate timeframes, proofread and mail exam results, and participate in staff development activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates must be ARRT certified with a current license and CPR certification. A minimum of 2 years of radiography training in an accredited program is required. Proficiency with radiological equipment and the ability to perform specialized exams are essential.
