Role Overview:
This position involves performing general radiographic imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, ensuring high-quality imaging while providing excellent customer service.
It requires independently conducting radiographic exams, including portable and on-call procedures, with a focus on safety and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or Trade School equivalency
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))
- Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI) and registration as a Radiology Technologist
- Preferred experience includes general radiology, advanced modalities, or recent graduation in radiology programs
- CPR certification is a plus
