Role Overview:
Seeking a Radiology Technologist to join a full-service diagnostic radiology team. Key responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, performing imaging procedures independently, and ensuring high-quality, prompt results for diagnosis and treatment. The role involves outpatient imaging, including orthopedics, neuro, and spine imaging, with no weekends or call required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or trade school training in radiologic technology
- Licenses: Radiology Technologist (Reg), IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI)
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR certification
- No prior supervisor experience required; no experience necessary for entry-level candidates
Key Duties:
- Prepare patients and equipment, providing excellent customer service and clear instructions
- Perform radiographic examinations independently, including portable and on-call procedures
