Role Overview:
This is a full-time Radiology Technologist position involving independent performance of radiographic imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients, including in-house, ER, and OR settings. The role requires preparing patients and equipment, performing portable exams, and working with advanced Siemens, Samsung, and Carestream imaging equipment. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and welcomes new grads, upcoming grads, and experienced technologists.
Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic examinations independently and in on-call situations
- Prepare patients and equipment, providing high-quality customer service
- Execute portable exams and assist in the OR as needed
- Work efficiently in the ER and other departments
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and ARRT registration
- No experience necessary; preferred experience includes at least 2 years and CPR certification
- Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI) are required
