Role Overview:
Seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform general imaging procedures independently, including radiographic exams, portable studies, and occasional work in the operating room and emergency room. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, providing clear instructions, and ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic procedures with professionalism and customer service.
- Work independently in various settings, including ER and OR.
- Handle portable exams and other departmental tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
- ARRT registration preferred; no experience necessary for entry-level candidates.
- Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI) may be required, with CPR certification beneficial.
