Radiology Technologist – Full-Time, Night Shift

Role Overview: Performs CT scans and procedures applying ionizing radiation, ensuring accurate positioning, protocol adherence, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify patients, communicate with healthcare team, and obtain necessary clinical information.
  • Prepare and maintain a clean, stocked, and organized imaging room.
  • Explain procedures to patients, obtain consent, and ensure patient comfort.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including 3D and multiplanar reconstruction, following radiologist protocols.
  • Administer IV contrast using proper techniques, monitor equipment, and respond to emergencies.
  • Archive images, verify studies, and document procedures accurately.
  • Assist with training colleagues and students, and perform point-of-care testing as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT registered in CT.
  • CPR certification; SCRQSA certification if applicable.
  • Knowledge of imaging protocols, anatomy, and pathology.
  • Excellent customer service, basic computer, and data entry skills.
  • Preferred: 3D imaging expertise.
