Role Overview:
Seeking a Full-Time X-Ray Radiology Technologist to perform general imaging procedures, including radiography, G.I., and O.R. studies, for adult and pediatric patients. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, performing imaging exams independently, and providing high-quality patient care with professionalism.
Key Duties:
- Perform radiographic imaging studies across various departments.
- Inform patients about procedures and ensure comfort.
- Handle portable exams and assist with on-call tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification as a Radiology Technologist (R.T.(R)).
- Preferred experience in GI & Surgery procedures, with a minimum of 2 years recommended.
- Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois) and CPR certification preferred.
