Role Overview: The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients to assist in diagnosis and treatment. They prepare patients and equipment, ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism, and independently conduct radiographic examinations, including portable and on-call procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, providing clear instructions and compassionate care.
- Perform radiographic imaging examinations efficiently and accurately, accommodating on-call and portable exams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or trade school equivalency in radiologic technology.
- Licenses: Radiology Technologist certification and IEMA license (Illinois only, excluding MRI).
- Preferred experience of 2+ years and CPR certification.
- Strong communication, technical skills, and attention to detail.
