Role Overview:
We are seeking a Radiology Technologist responsible for performing general imaging radiographic procedures on adult and pediatric patients to assist in diagnosis and treatment of various disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures, providing high levels of customer service and clear instructions.
- Perform radiographic examinations independently, including portable and on-call procedures, as assigned by the department.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Associate degree or completion of trade school.
- Licenses & Certifications: Radiology Technologist certification, IEMA license (Illinois only, excluding MRI), CPR certification preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
- Additional Skills: Professional judgment, critical thinking, customer service, and technical proficiency.
