Job Summary
Performs imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Responsible for executing assigned duties effectively.
Responsibilities
- Applies radiologic principles with appropriate techniques and positioning to ensure optimal procedure results.
- Develops and implements procedure and treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Completes documentation to adhere to policies and maintain accurate records.
- Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner to ensure safety for patients and staff.
- Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold quality patient care standards.
- Achieves assigned goals and contributes to departmental objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Enrolled in an accredited radiology program; BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
