Radiologic Technologist – Float Pool

The Radiologic Technologist performs routine radiographic procedures ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include

  • processing radiographic exams, verifying demographics and technical info, and assessing image quality
  • maintaining timely workflow
  • accurately documenting data for Radiologists in EMR
  • monitoring patient condition, administering first aid, and assisting physicians during emergencies
  • adhering to radiation safety protocols
  • restocking supplies and supporting clinical education of students
  • maintaining proficiency in OR exams and participating in process improvement initiatives

    Qualifications include
  • completion of a two-year AMA-accredited radiologic technology program
  • current ARRT certification and Maryland state licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • . Skills required are
  • attention to detail, patient assessment, safety compliance, and teamwork
