Radiologic Technologist provides high-quality diagnostic imaging to support accurate, patient-centered care. This on-site role operates digital X-ray equipment, safely positions patients, and follows radiation safety standards. You will collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver reliable imaging services.
Key Duties
- Verify imaging orders and prepare for appropriate diagnostic procedures
- Explain procedures to patients and ensure safe, respectful care
- Operate digital X-ray systems and position patients correctly
- Review images for quality and completeness; address issues as needed
- Document results and workflow details in EHR and PACS systems
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety and departmental protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification/licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Strong patient-safety and radiation safety practices
- Proficiency with digital imaging workflows, EHR, and PACS documentation
- Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with clinical teams
