Radiology Technician
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams in a fast-paced academic health environment. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, operate radiologic equipment, and ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection control standards.
Ensure accurate image capture and proper documentation by entering and verifying exam information in PACS/EMR systems.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinicians to support diagnostic care.
- Maintain patient comfort and deliver compassionate, patient-centered services for diverse populations.
- Support teaching and research activities as part of an academic setting.
Required qualifications include the ability to operate imaging equipment safely, follow clinical protocols, and produce reliable diagnostic results through accurate positioning and documentation.
