Radiation Oncologist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team.

  • Evaluate and diagnose patients requiring radiation therapy.
  • Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Conduct follow-ups to monitor progress and manage side effects.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, medical oncologists, and other specialists for comprehensive care.
  • Participate in tumor boards and case discussions.
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and post-care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records within the EMR system.
  • Contribute to departmental improvement initiatives.
  • Qualifications include an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology, valid medical license in Texas, strong clinical and communication skills, and experience with advanced radiation systems preferred. This full-time role offers a salary starting at $375,000 annually, along with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. The position requires in-person work.
