We are seeking a Part-time or PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide mobile FEES evaluations for adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health settings.
- Conduct FEES assessments and develop personalized swallowing treatment plans
- Collaborate with care teams and educate patients and caregivers on safe swallowing strategies
- Maintain infection control standards and accurately document using EMR
- Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, FL licensure, CCC-SLP, and FEES training (preferred)
- At least 2 years’ experience in dysphagia treatment in medical settings; mobile diagnostics or home health experience is a plus
