PT GI Nurse Practitioner – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology to provide comprehensive patient care under physician supervision.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disease.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.

Educate patients on disease management, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and legal standards.

Participate in staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing, an active Texas Nurse Practitioner license, national certification, and at least one year of experience. The role involves working two days per week onsite, with potential for additional shifts. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and patient assistance. Candidates must be able to relocate to Farwell, TX before starting.
