Role Summary
Administer and score psychological assessments for patients across the lifespan, from infancy through older adulthood, under the direction of a licensed psychologist.
Key Duties
- Administer psychological assessments in a manner appropriate to each patient’s needs.
- Score and document assessment results accurately while maintaining assessment integrity.
- Communicate the assessment process clearly to patients and families, supporting understanding and comfort.
- Adapt assessment approaches as needed to ensure reliable results and appropriate patient engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment administration and scoring.
- Ability to adjust procedures for developmental and individual needs while preserving accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
