Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist and Medical Director for an inpatient program.
This senior leadership role combines direct patient care with strategic oversight of psychiatric and medical services to deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, managing treatment plans, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Medical Director oversees clinical leadership, staff recruitment, quality improvement, and regulatory adherence, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active licensure, and inpatient experience. Prior leadership experience and knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission standards are preferred.
