Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist & Medical Director for an inpatient program. This leadership role combines clinical duties with strategic oversight, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
This position involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing medications, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As Medical Director, you’ll provide clinical leadership, oversee staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality improvement and program development.
Qualifications include MD/DO with board certification in Psychiatry, active medical license, and inpatient or residential treatment experience preferred. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of regulatory standards are essential.
