Psychiatrist and Medical Director

A well-established health organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist and Medical Director for their inpatient program.

This senior clinical leadership role combines direct patient care with strategic oversight of psychiatric and medical services to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, responding to emergencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Leadership duties involve staff mentorship, overseeing clinical operations, quality improvement, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
