We are seeking a Psychiatrist in Bowling Green, KY to provide mental health care to veterans at an on-site clinic.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and treating mental and behavioral health conditions
- Supervising mental health staff and collaborating with care teams
- Conducting assessments, therapy (individual, group, family), and developing treatment plans
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, educating patients, and managing medications
- Supporting continuity of care and adherence to VA guidelines
- Participating in outreach and ensuring excellent patient service
Qualifications:
- MD or DO, board certified in Psychiatry
- Unrestricted license, DEA registration, and VA credentialing
- 1-3 years of clinical experience with adults
- Proficiency in EMR systems and strong communication skills
