We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team providing PACT services to 80 clients. This full-time or part-time role offers a salary of $250K or $120/hour. The psychiatrist will share clinical responsibilities with the Team Leader, including
psychopharmacological treatment,
supervision of nursing staff,
client assessments,
staff training, and
community outreach. Candidates must be
MD, board certified or eligible in psychiatry,
licensed in Massachusetts, and experienced with serious mental illness. The role involves providing clinical supervision, crisis evaluations, and family consultations, often in clients’ homes.
