The Psychiatrist role is part of an interdisciplinary team providing assertive, recovery-oriented outpatient services to 80 clients. This position offers both full-time ($250K/year) and part-time ($120/hour) options.
Responsibilities include clinical treatment planning, supervising staff, providing psychopharmacological care, supportive therapy, crisis evaluations, and community outreach. The psychiatrist shares responsibilities with the Team Leader and may have administrative duties.
Qualifications include M.D., board certification or eligibility in psychiatry, Massachusetts licensure, and experience with serious mental illness. Knowledge of the PACT model and electronic health records is preferred.
