Seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist for a full-time role in a mental health clinic serving adults with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, often with co-occurring conditions.
**Responsibilities include:**
Providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and utilizing recovery-oriented, person-centered care Developing and leading wellness programs with an interdisciplinary team Supervising staff, integrating services, and engaging patients and families in treatment Using data to improve outcomes and promote social inclusion **Qualifications:**
Massachusetts medical license, DEA, malpractice insurance, and experience with relevant disorders Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and recovery ideals **Benefits:**
