Residential Technician
Provide compassionate support to patients in a structured residential healthcare setting under clinical supervision.
Key duties
- Assist with activities of daily living and support patient comfort and wellbeing.
- Monitor patient safety, health status indicators, and behavior, escalating concerns as needed.
- Document observations and relevant patient information accurately and promptly.
- Support therapeutic programs and follow care plans directed by clinical staff.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
