Program Integrity Director

The role involves providing strategic and technical advisory services on program integrity, compliance, and fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) across various Health and Human Services (HHS) programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, child welfare, and more.

Key responsibilities include leading risk, gap, and fraud assessments; supporting audits, investigations, and monitoring; developing preventive and detection strategies using data analytics; and designing operational frameworks for program integrity.

The role also entails providing guidance on regulatory compliance, managing financial and reimbursement functions, and contributing to thought leadership through publications and industry participation.

Leadership duties involve overseeing team operations, talent development, and client relationship management.

Qualifications include a minimum of eight years of relevant experience supporting federal or state HHS programs, with expertise in Medicaid finance, compliance reviews, and FWA strategies. An advanced degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and foster client trust. Willingness to travel is required.
