Role Overview:
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers. Coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain patient rights, and uphold confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for obstetric patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support patient rights and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed RN with current license in the state or compact licensure.
• Degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Preferred experience in Critical Care settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
