Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Performs nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices. Delivers relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity. Partners with patients and families through effective communication and education. Coordinates safe care delivery, promotes teamwork, and supports performance improvement activities. Engages in professional development, mentoring, and research to uphold best practices. Participates in protocol development, resource management, and data collection to enhance outcomes.Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year recent acute care nursing experience. Licensed RN (single-state or multi-state Compact). Current BLS certification; BLS instructor preferred. Knowledge of clinical standards, ethical practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Duties: Provide individualized patient care, collaborate with team members, support professional growth, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
